Lauren Nelson, D.D.S.
Dr. Nelson is recognized as a board certified pediatric dentist by the American Board of Pediatric Dentists. Originally from Arlington, Texas, she always knew she wanted to make a difference in the lives of children. Dr. Nelson graduated from The University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor of Arts in Biology in 2008. She achieved her Doctor of Dental Surgery from Baylor College of Dentistry in 2012 and completed a two year residency in 2014 for a Certificate in Pediatric Dentistry at Baylor College of Dentistry, serving children at Children’s Medical Center of Dallas and Texas Scottish Rite Hospital for Children. Dr. Nelson is an active member of Highland Park United Methodist Church and enjoys reading, being outdoors with friends and family, and traveling with her husband, Kevin.

Natalie Smith, D.M.D.
Dr. Smith is originally from Ormond Beach, Florida. She earned her bachelors and Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the University of Florida. It was during dental school that she realized treating children was the best part of dentistry. She completed a pediatric dental residency at the University of Tennessee where she served as Chief Resident her final year. During her training, Dr. Smith treated children at LeBonheur Children's Medical Center, Crittenden Regional Hospital and St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. Dr. Smith is an active member of the dental community. She maintains membership with the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, American Dental Association and the Texas Dental Association. In her spare time she enjoys adventures from traveling to exploring new parks with her golden retriever, Elton.
Jessica Bell, D.D.S.
Dr. Bell is recognized by the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry as a board-certified pediatric dentist. Dr. Bell is a native Texan and received her Bachelor of Art degree from the University of Texas at Austin. She attended Baylor College of Dentistry and received her Doctor of Dental Surgery in 2002. Following dental school, she completed a two-year residency in pediatric dentistry at Baylor College of Dentistry, Children’s Medical Center of Dallas and Texas Scottish Rite Hospital for Children.
Sonja is our Office Manager. She has been with our team since Lewisville Kids Dentistry opened in 2010. She brings over 15 years of pediatric experience to serve all of your appointment needs! She enjoys watching her daughter play golf, binge watching Netflix documentaries and taking mini vacations.
Daniela is our treatment coordinator. She was born in Puerto Rico and raised in NYC. Daniela moved to Dallas in 2006 and she absolutely loves Texas! She has over 9 years of experience in the dental field and she strives to make your appointment a positive one! She enjoys spending time outdoors, and working out – which comes in handy, chasing after her son!
Michelle is our administrative assistant and insurance expert. She was born in El Paso TX and resides in Flower Mound, Texas. Michelle is the oldest of two brothers and one sister. She has three dogs and two wonderful nephews. Michelle enjoys, traveling and cooking and spending time with her family and close friends. She loves basketball and football, especially FOOTBALL. Her Dallas Cowboys have a special place in her heart.
Vanessa is a registered dental assistant. She was born and raised in Lewisville, TX. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her dog "Bubba". She is also currently attending North Central Texas College and will transfer to a 4 year university for dental hygiene in the future.
Jessica is a Registered Dental Assistant. She was born and raised in Highland Village, Texas. Jessica loves all things Disney and even lived in Florida for 3 years, where she enjoyed going to Disney World almost weekly. Jessica has a daughter named Lauren and a beloved golden retriever named Cooper. Jessica strives to make every child's dental experience a positive one so your child will love to come to the Dentist.
Michelle is a licensed dental hygienist. She was a part of the first graduating class of Marcus High School. After that she went on to earn her Bachelor of Science degree from TWU. Michelle has become a Red Raider fan since her son is attending his first year at Texas Tech. She also loves watching her daughter play soccer for Marcus High School. Michelle loves working with kids and making their smiles healthy!
Daphanie is a licensed dental hygienist. She was born in England and moved here when she was in kindergarten. She attended the University of Colorado and graduated with her Bachelor’s Degree in Dental Hygiene. Daphanie believes that smiling is not only healthy for you, but that is has a powerful effect on the world around you. She enjoys spending time with her two little girls, Reese and Lily, who really opened her heart to pediatric dentistry. Daphanie spends her spare time traveling the United States touring baseball stadiums with her husband, Russell.
Jodi is a licensed dental hygienist. She was born and raised in Highland Village, Texas and returned from living in Austin for five years. Jodi enjoys playing any sport, but soccer is her favorite. She loves camping, fishing, and anything outdoors. She loves spending time with her husband, sons and dog. Jodi hopes to make every child's dental experience a positive one so that they can have a lifetime of good oral health.
Van is our translator for our Chin patients. Born and raised in Burma, Chin state – she is essential in keeping our communication open to the vast Chin community in Lewisville. She is currently attending North Central Texas College, working toward a bachelor’s degree. In her free time she enjoys trying new foods (the spicier the better) and listening to music.
Tasha is a registered dental assistant. She was born and raised in Pine Bluff, AK, and received her Dental Assisting diploma in 2013. She believes that going to work every day holds something new and another opportunity to ensure our patients feel comfortable and leave happy. In her down time she loves going to the movies and spending time with her family.
